Turnover Metrics: Projected company turnover, profit margins, entity structures (Pty Ltd vs Sole Proprietor), and natural person holding ratios.
Custom Scenarios: User-authored expense descriptions evaluated programmatically.
Store Purchase Identifiers: Transaction records and licenses retrieved via Apple App Store in-app purchase systems.

2. Why We Process Your Information

We use your information exclusively for the following operations:

To customize your tax qualification tasks, general tax write-off recommendations, and SBC checklists.
To generate dynamic graphs evaluating Sole Proprietor tax burdens against Corporate rates.
To transmit business information to SAIT/SAICA registered South African tax practitioners on explicit connection request.
To verify active annual licenses (R999/year or R149/month, payable in advance).

3. Data Retention & Erasure Policy (POPIA Section 24)

We retain your input configurations and assessment traces strictly in accordance with POPIA guidelines for the duration required to render the application's reporting services. At any time, you can trigger an explicit, irreversible request to erase your stored metrics or saved profile information by sending a structural request to app@enslins.co.za.

4. Non-Disclosure & Secured Storage

All customer configurations are stored inside local browser memory or secure encrypted Cloud servers. Metrics are never distributed to unapproved third-parties, commercial brokers, or advertising networks. Any referral to tax desks occurs on a separate, customer-consented basis.
